1. Chili Cheese Dog Boats

Ingredients:

• 8 hotdog buns
• 1/4 cup butter (melted)
• 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
• Cheddar cheese slices
• Chili (with or without beans)
• Hotdogs
• Chopped parsley (for garnishing)

Instructions:

In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup melted butter, finely chopped garlic cloves, and 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley.
Mix until well combined.
Set aside.

Cut a rectangle in each hotdog bun. Make sure to leave at least 1 cm from the edges.
Press down the cut-out from the bun.
Place the buns in a baking dish.
Brush the buns with the parsley mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes at 180 C.
Once done, place one slice of cheddar cheese into each of the buns.
Add a spoonful of chili into each of the buns.
Add a piece of hotdog next.
Top it off with another spoon of chili.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 C.
Remove from the oven.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Transfer to a plate.

2. Hasselback Cheese Puff Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

• 4 chicken breasts
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 cups buttermilk
• 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
• 10 cups cheese puffs
• Oil (for deep frying)

Instructions:

Rub salt and black pepper on each side of the chicken breasts.
Slice parallel cuts on each of the chicken breasts. Make sure not to slice them through leaving at least 1 cm.
Place them in a bowl.
Pour 3 cups of buttermilk and 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix.
Mix well.
Cover and marinate for 4 hours in the fridge. You can also do this overnight.

Put 10 cups of cheese puffs in a food processor or blender.
Blend it until it turns out as a powder.
Transfer to a bowl.

Once marinate is done, dip and coat the marinated chicken breast into the cheese puff powder.
Bend over the chicken breast with the parallel cuts on the outside. It should form like a circle. Secure with the use of a toothpick.
Fry it for 5 minutes at 175 C.
Serve with your preferred dip.

Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
• 1 lb shrimp (deveined, peeled)
• 1/2 lb spaghetti
• 1 tsp salt and pepper

• 1 tsp red chili flakes
• 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)

Instructions:

Cook spaghetti noodles according to the packet’s instructions.
Set aside.

Set a pot over medium heat.
Melt 3 tbsp butter.
Saute chopped garlic cloves until it turns brown.
Add shrimps and cook until it turns pink.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add lemon juice, red chili flakes, and chopped parsley.
Mix well.
Add spaghetti noodles.
Let it cook and mix well.

Ingredients:

• 3 lb chuck roast
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 oz onion soup mix
• 1 onion (sliced)
• 3 gold potatoes (chopped)
• 3 carrots (chopped)

Instructions

Prepare a slow cooker.
Place the chuck roast inside.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add onion soup mix, sliced onion, chopped gold potatoes, and chopped carrots.
Pour water.
Cover the lid and cook low for 8 hours.
