1.BBQ Chicken Pizza Dippers

Ingredients:

• Pizza dough
• Shredded cooked chicken
• BBQ sauce
• Shredded cheddar cheese
• Shredded mozzarella cheese
• Chopped red onion
• Finely chopped parsley

Instructions:

Put shredded cooked chicken in a mixing bowl.
Add BBQ sauce.
Mix until well combined.
Set aside.

Set a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Lay flat pizza dough on it in a rectangular form.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400 F temperature.
Remove from the oven.
Spread BBQ sauce on top of the baked pizza dough.
Spread cheddar cheese next.
Place the chicken mixture on top.
Put some chopped red onion.
Spread mozzarella on top.
Sprinkle finely chopped parsley (this is optional).
Bake for 10 minutes at 400 F temperature.
Remove from oven.
Cut into square slices.
Prepare dips.

2. Chicken and Biscuits

Ingredients:

• 3 chicken breasts (sliced)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 cups broccoli
• 2 cups carrots (chopped)
• 21.5 oz cream of chicken soup
• 1 can biscuit dough
• Parsley (optional)

Instructions:

In a large pot, put sliced chicken breasts.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Add 2 cups of broccoli, 2 cups of carrots, and cream of chicken soup.
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Cook for 3 hours in high heat.
Tear apart biscuit dough and add into the mixture.
Cook for another 1 hour in high heat.
Transfer to a plate.
Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
Serve and enjoy!

3. Cheesy Taco Breadsticks

Ingredients:

• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)
• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 tbsp taco seasoning
• 1 lb pizza dough
• Olive oil for frying and greasing
• 1 cup cheese blend

Instructions:

Set a skillet over medium heat.
Add 1 tbsp of oil and let it heat.
Saute 1 finely chopped onion and 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic until onions are translucent.
Add 1 lb ground beef and 2 tbsp of taco seasoning.
Mix and let it cook until the beef changes color and thoroughly cooked.
Set aside.

Flatten pizza dough to rectangular size.
Cut into lengthwise strips.
Put beef mixture in each pizza dough strip.
Add cheese blend in each.
Close by folding and pinching the dough around the mixture along the dough strip.
Grease each of them with olive oil.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10 minutes at 425 F temperature.
Remove from the oven.
Sprinkle the breadsticks with cheese blend.
Put inside the oven and bake for another 5 minutes at 425 F.
Remove from the oven.
Transfer to a plate.
Serve with dips.
Serve and enjoy!

4. Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients:

• 1 lb steak (thinly sliced into strips)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 cup beef broth
• 4 cups broccoli
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 tbsp water
• Cooked rice
• Olive oil for frying

Instructions:

Set a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add a small amount of olive oil and let it heat.
Cook thinly sliced beef strips.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Let it cook until the beef changes color.
Remove beef and transfer to a plate.
Set aside.
Remove liquid if there is any.

In the same skillet, add a small amount of olive oil.
Saute 3 chopped garlic and 1/2 tsp grated ginger.
Add 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup honey, and 1 cup beef broth.
Mix until well combined.
Add 4 cups broccoli.
Mix 2 tbsp water and 2 tbsp cornstarch, then add into the skillet.
Let it cook until the broccoli is cooked and the texture of sauce changes.
Add the cooked beef strips earlier.
Mix until well blended.
Remove from heat.

Prepare a cup or a plate of cooked rice.
Top it off with beef and broccoli.
Serve and enjoy!

5. Taco Spaghetti

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cup yellow onions (diced)
• 4 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 10 oz canned diced tomatoes
• 8 oz spaghetti noodles (uncooked)
• 3 cups water
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1 Roma tomato (diced)
• 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions:

Set a large pot over medium heat.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil and let it heat.
Add 1 lb ground beef.
Stir and cook until beef changes color.
Add 1/2 cup diced yellow onions and 4 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning.
Mix until well combined.
Add 1 tbsp tomato paste and 10 oz canned diced tomatoes.
Mix well.
Add 8 oz uncooked spaghetti.
Add 3 cups of water.
Cover the lid and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, open the cover and mix.
Remove from heat.
Add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 diced Roma tomato, and 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer to a plate.
Serve and enjoy!
