Smoothies are really easy to make. Just throw in all your ingredients in a blender, and you are ready to go. Smoothies are so versatile. You can put anything that you want in it. You can experiment with different fruits, vegetables, nuts, and syrups.

The best thing about them is that you can whip them up in less than 10 minutes. This recipe has 5 amazingly delicious and healthy smoothies as your breakfast. Each day has its own smoothie flavor, which gives you so much more reason to wake up in the morning.

• Half a cup of Greek yogurt
• Half a cup of chopped frozen pineapple
• Half a cup of frozen mango
• 1 chopped banana
• 1 tsp of grated ginger

Orange Smoothie:

• Half a cup of orange juice
• Half a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
• 1 small orange, peeled and frozen
• Half of a each, peeled and diced
• 1 grated carrot

Pink Smoothie:

• Half a cup of Greek yogurt
• Half a cup of frozen raspberries
• Half a cup of frozen strawberries
• Half a cup of frozen watermelon

Purple Smoothie:

• Half a cup of pomegranate juice
• Half a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
• Half a cup of frozen blackberries
• Half a cup of frozen blueberries
• 1/4 cup of pitted cherries

Green Smoothie:

• Half a cup of almond milk
• Half a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
• Half of an avocado
• 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
• Handful of baby spinach

Instructions:

All the smoothies take about 4 to 5 minutes to make. Serves 2 each.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Ideas And Tips:

• Always freeze your fruits for smoothies. Using fresh fruit makes your smoothies watery. Smoothies also taste great when cold.

• You can place the chopped fruits on a baking tray before freezing them. This makes sure they do not clump up and makes it harder for your blender to work. You can then transfer your frozen fruit by batches in tightly sealed bags so that your freezer is more organized, and saves space.

• Pour your liquid ingredient first into the blender. This makes it easier for your blender’s blade to mash the rest of the solid ingredients.

• You can substitute cranberry or grape juice for pomegranate juice.
