1. Garlic Parmesan Twists

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp salted butter
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• 2 tbsp parmesan cheese (grated)
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
• 1 puff pastry sheet

Instructions:

Melt salted butter in a small pot.
Once butter has melted, add minced garlic and chopped parsley.
Stir to combine.
Remove from the heat and set aside.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle.
Brush the mixture on the puff pastry.
Use a pizza cutter to cut the pastry into strips.
Twist each pastry strip and place it on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Sprinkle each strip with grated parmesan cheese.
Place inside the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 F.
Once pastries are golden brown, remove them from the oven.
Serve with your favorite dips.

2. Spinach & Artichoke Cups

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• 1/2 cup artichoke hearts (finely chopped)
• 2 cups baby spinach (chopped)
• 2 tbsp parmesan cheese (grated)
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 6 oz cream cheese
• 1 puff pastry sheet

Instructions:

Melt butter on a skillet over medium-high heat.
Once it has melted, saute minced garlic for 30 seconds.
Add chopped baby spinach.
Stir for a minute until spinach has wilted.
Add finely chopped artichoke hearts.
Stir until cooked.
Add cream cheese.
Stir mixture over medium-low heat until well combined.
Remove from the heat and set aside.

Prepare a muffin tray and lightly grease with oil.
Meanwhile, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares using a pizza cutter.
Place each pastry square into each cup in the muffin tray.
Get a scoop of the spinach mixture and top each pastry with it.
Brush the exposed portions of each pastry square with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Place inside the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 400 C.
Once crusts are golden brown, remove the tray from the oven.
Remove the spinach and artichoke cups from the muffin tray.

3. Mushroom, Thyme, And Goat Cheese Pinwheels

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp salted butter
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• 1/2 cup goat cheese (at room temperature)
• 2 cups mushrooms (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
• 1 puff pastry sheet
• 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)

Instructions:

Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Once butter has melted, saute minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant,
Add finely chopped mushrooms.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until mushrooms start to brown.
Add thyme leaves and mix to combine.
Remove from the heat and set aside.

Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle.
Spread goat cheese on the pastry sheet.
Add mushroom mixture and spread on top of the goat cheese.
Roll the pastry sheet from one end to the other.
Once rolled up, place the pastry inside the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
Once chilled, remove from the fridge and cut into little discs.
Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Brush each disc top with eggwash.
Place inside the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 F.
Once golden brown, remove from the oven.

4. French Onion Puffs

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp salted butter
• 2-3 yellow onions (finely sliced)
• 2-3 tbsp Gruyere cheese (finely grated)
• 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
• 1/4 cup beef broth
• 2 puff pastry sheets
• 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)

Instructions:

Melt salted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once butter has melted, add finely sliced yellow onions.
Cook for 20-30 minutes until it caramelizes.
Stir the onions occasionally.
Add thyme leaves and beef broth.
Stir and cook for a few minutes until liquid evaporates.
Remove from the heat and set aside.

Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle.
Make cut-outs using a square cookie cutter.
Place the square pastry sheets on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Brush each with egg wash.
Spoon a little of the caramelized onion and place it in the center of each square.
Place inside the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 400 F.
After 15 minutes, remove the tray from the oven.
Sprinkle each square with grated Gruyere cheese.
Place again inside the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes.
Once golden and cheese has melted, remove from the oven.

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup blue cheese (crumbled)
• 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
• 3-4 fresh figs (thinly sliced)
• 1 puff pastry sheet
• 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)

Instructions:

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares using a pizza cutter.
Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Fold each edge of the square into the center and pinch altogether to form a blossom shape.
Do this with the rest of the squares.
Brush pastry with egg wash.
Place a thin slice of fig on top of each pastry.
Top it off with crumbled blue cheese and chopped walnuts.
Place inside the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 400 F.
Remove from the oven.
