Packing your own lunch for work or school is the best thing to do if you want to keep your budget on track. Aside from this, you also control the number of calories you consume to keep healthy.

These 3 vegan lunch recipes will keep you eating healthy even when you are on the go. Each recipe takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, and you can easily modify each recipe to suit your cravings.


Vegetable Salad:

• 1 carrot, peeled and cut into small strips
• Half of an avocado chopped into small chunks
• 1 tomato, cut into small chunks
• Lettuce
• Handful of chickpeas
• Hummus

Salad Wrap:

• Corn kernels
• Tomato Salsa
• Bean mix
• Lettuce
• Half of an avocado chopped into small pieces
• 1 to 2 slices of red onion, cut into small pieces
• 1 tomato, cut into small chunks
• Wrap

Fruit Salad:

• 1 pineapple, cut into small chunks
• 1 apple, slice thinly and remove the core
• Strawberries, sliced thinly
• 1 banana, sliced
• Peanut butter


Vegetable Salad:

This recipe takes about 4 to 5 minutes to make. Serves 1.

In a bowl, place the lettuce at the bottom.
Pile up the carrots, avocado, tomato, and chickpeas on top of the lettuce.
Sprinkle with flax seeds.
In a separate container, spoon some hummus to serve as the salad dressing.

Salad Wrap:

This recipe takes about 5 to 6 minutes to make. Serves 2.

Place the wrap on a plate.
Add all the ingredients. Make sure that all the ingredients can be wrapped.
Fold the wrap from the bottom and then on the sides.
Use a plastic wrap to hold it together.

Fruit Salad:

Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate container, scoop some peanut butter to use as a dip.

Ideas And Tips:

• The vegetable salad in this recipe is simple and has few ingredients, but feel free to add more based on whatever you have available. Try adding some cucumbers, pickles, olives, and zucchini.

• Be careful in using peanut butter. Make sure that that the people you share it with do not have allergies. Peanut butter allergies can be fatal to some people, so better be safe than sorry.
