Baked Sweet Potato Wedges With Garlic Dipping Sauce

Potato fries are great as a side dish to many dishes. However, buying fries from fast food restaurants often give you very oily and salty fries. To satisfy your potato cravings, this recipe gives you potato wedges seasoned with spices and baked to perfection. These wedges are smoky, spicy, and sweet. Instead of a mayonnaise-based dipping sauce, these wedges are dipped in a lighter and healthier yogurt-based sauce.

This recipe takes about 50 minutes to make. Serves 4.

• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• 2 tsp of curry powder
