Banana Oat Smoothie Recipe

Banana is one of the most widely consumed fruits in the world. Eating bananas regulate blood sugar, which may relieve stress. It may also soothe morning sickness during pregnancy.

Ingredients:

• 1 small banana
• 2/3 cup of lite milk
• 2/3 cup of vanilla yogurt
• 1/4 cup rolled oats
• 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend for about a minute or until your desired texture.
Pour smoothie into a glass and serve with a straw.
