Butterscotch Bread Pudding | No Bake Easy Dessert Recipe | Eggless & Without Oven

You can prepare this easy and yummy butterscotch bread pudding even without oven and eggs! Butterscotch lovers will surely enjoy this simple and quick recipe. You only need a few ingredients to make this bread pudding dessert.

Ingredients:

For Butterscotch Praline:
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp water
• 1 tbsp cashewnut

For Butterscotch Sauce:

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp water
• 4 tbsp butter
• 1/2 cup whipping cream

For Pudding:
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 2 bread slices (without crusts)

Instructions:

For Butterscotch Praline:

Set a nonstick pan over low heat.
Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp water.
Let sugar caramelize.
Add 1 tbsp cashew nut.
Stir and cook for a minute.
Remove from heat and transfer mixture to a parchment paper.
Slightly spread it and let it cool down.
Break and crush it into bits.
Set aside.

For Butterscotch Sauce:

Set a nonstick pan over low heat.
Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tbsp water.
Stir and let the sugar caramelize until it changes to brown color.
Add 4 tbsp butter.
Melt butter and stir until well combined.
Add 1/2 cup whipping cream.
Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool down.
Set aside.

For Pudding:

In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup whipping cream.
Beat using an electric mixer until stiff peaks.
Add 3-4 tbsp butterscotch sauce made earlier.
Beat again until well mixed.
Set aside.

Dip and coat 2 bread slices on the remaining butterscotch sauce.
Place the bread slices in a baking dish.
Add the pudding and spread it evenly.
Smoothen the top.
Sprinkle butterscotch praline on top.
Drizzle the remaining butterscotch sauce.
Keep in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
