Crispy Macaroni Snacks Recipe (Macaroni Kurkure)

Crispy macaroni is a fun finger food that is best to start up your weekend party. This recipe is easy to make and it only requires a few ingredients you can easily find. You can mix cheese powder to add some flavor. Dips like mayonnaise and marinara sauce are also good combinations to this favorite snack.

Ingredients:

• 250 grams macaroni pasta
• 6 cups water
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 tbsp Cornflour
• Oil for deep frying
• Cheese powder or marinara sauce (optional for added flavor)

Instructions:

This recipe only takes 30 minutes.

Heat pot in medium-high.
Put water and oil.
Add salt.
Cover and let it boil.
Once it boils, add macaroni.
Let it cook for 6-7 minutes without covering the lid.
Stir while it’s boiling.
Drain and rinse.
Put in a bowl.
Add cornflour.
Mix until well combined.

Set a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Put oil for deep frying and let it heat.
Add macaroni with flour mixture.
Let it fry for a few minutes until the color changes.
Transfer to a bowl.
Sprinkle cheese powder or marinara sauce for added flavor.
Serve and enjoy!
