This particular fish in foil recipe is a simple fish recipe that any newbie cook can whip up. What’s good with this recipe is that you can use any kind of fish. In fact, you can customize each foil with a different fish to accommodate any picky eater in the household.

Ingredients:

• 4 oz. tilapia (or any fish you’d like)
• Asparagus
• Lemons, sliced
• Lemon juice
• Fish seasoning
• Pepper
• nonstick spray (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Wash the asparagus and let it drain.

Prepare the foil. Use one piece of foil per fish. About 12-14 inches in length. Place the fish on the foil.

Add a generous amount of lemon juice. Sprinkle fish seasoning on top. Add pepper to taste and couple lemon slices.

Add the asparagus; about 4-6 stalks.

Fold into foil down from the top leaving air for steaming.

Repeat the same procedure for the remaining fish.

Place each foil on a cookie sheet and bake for 14-15 min.

After 15 minutes, check the fish if it’s nicely done without any clear parts in it.

Serve and enjoy!
