Easy Gluten & Soy-Free Vegan Pizza Recipe

Here is a homemade, easy gluten and soy-free vegan pizza you can enjoy preparing with your family. No worries about being vegan and craving for a pizza. This vegan recipe takes less than 20 minutes. This is perfect for late afternoon snacks or weekend dinners.

Ingredients:

• Pizza crust (gluten-free and vegan)
• Vegan cheese (grated)
• Pizza or marinara sauce
• Tomatoes (sliced)
• Jalapeno (chopped)
• Red bell pepper (diced)
• Black olives (halved)
• Garlic powder
• Black pepper
• Chili flakes

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Use a gluten-free and vegan pizza crust.
For a crispier crust, you can spread a little oil on it and toast for a few minutes.
Evenly spread pizza or marinara sauce on the crust.
Sprinkle grated vegan cheese on top.
Add black pepper, garlic powder, and chili flakes for some taste.
Top with sliced tomatoes, chopped jalapenos, diced red bell peppers, and black olives.
Place inside the oven.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Transfer to a plate.
Slice and serve!
