How To Make THICK SMOOTHIE BOWLS + 3 Recipes

Smoothie bowls are perfect for a healthy and refreshing breakfast. A smoothie bowl is filled with protein, fiber and other healthy nutrients. Three hearty smoothie recipes are included in this collection – berry vanilla smoothie bowl, green smoothie bowl and chocolate peanut butter smoothie! You can top a smoothie bowl with your preferred toppings such as chia seeds, slices of your favorite fresh or dried fruits, or granola. These are easy and quick to prepare and ready in less than 10 minutes!

1. Berry Vanilla Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

• 1 cup frozen ripe bananas
• 3 pieces frozen cauliflower florets
• a small handful frozen berries
• 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk

Topping:

• ripe mango slices
• some chopped granola
• sliced strawberry

Instructions:

Prepare a regular blender or a smoothie blender.
Add all the ingredients to the blender.
Blend on high speed until well combined.
Push the ingredients down if not blended well.
Continue to blend until it becomes a smoothie.
Transfer to a bowl.
Top it off with ripe mango slices, some chopped granola and strawberry slices.
Serve and enjoy!

2. Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

• 1 cup frozen ripe bananas
• 3 pieces frozen cauliflower florets
• a handful of frozen spinach
• 1 tsp spirulina
• 1/2 tbsp barley grass juice powder
• 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk
• a small handful of frozen mango

Topping:

• kiwi slices
• some puffed rice

Instructions:

Prepare a regular blender or a smoothie blender.
Add all the ingredients to the blender.
Blend on high speed until well combined.
Push the ingredients down if not blended well.
Continue to blend until it becomes a smoothie.
Transfer to a bowl.
Top it off with kiwi slices and some puffed rice.
Serve and enjoy!

3. Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1 cup frozen ripe bananas
• 3 pieces frozen cauliflower florets
• 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
• 2 tbsp raw cacao protein powder
• 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
• 1/2 cup oat milk

Topping:

• some chopped granola
• some peanut butter

Instructions:

Prepare a regular blender or a smoothie blender.
Add all the ingredients to the blender.
Blend on high speed until well combined.
Push the ingredients down if not blended well.
Continue to blend until it becomes a smoothie.
Transfer to a bowl.
Top it off with some chopped granola and peanut butter.
