Jelly Cheesecake (No Bake)

Cheesecake is a popular dessert. The main ingredient is cream cheese. It is often flavored with fruits (such as blueberry, strawberry, and lime), nuts, or chocolate. The base of the cake is made out of crushed biscuits such as graham crackers. This recipe is an easy way to make cheesecake without baking it. Adorned with colorful jelly cubes, this jelly cheesecake is sweet and creamy.

This recipe takes about 10 minutes to prepare. Jellies need to set for 2 to 3 hours. The cake needs to set in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serves 4 to 5.

Ingredients:

• 5 packs of flavored jelly
• 100 grams of melted butter
• 20 pieces of plain biscuits
• 2 packs or 500 grams of cream cheese
• 1 can (395 grams) of condensed milk
• 1/4 cup of boiling water
• 3 tsp of unflavored gelatin

Instructions:

For each jelly pack, dissolve in 1 cup of boiling water. Let them set in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
Crush cookies using a rolling pin or a food processor.
Pour the melted butter on the crushed biscuits. Mix well.
Place parchment paper at the bottom of the cheesecake pan.
Spread out the crushed biscuits at the bottom of the pan. Press down to flatten.
Place in the fridge to set.
Cut the jellies into cubes and transfer to a bowl.
Set aside a few jellies to be placed on top of the cake.
Dissolve unflavored gelatin in boiling water and set aside.
Beat cream cheese with a mixer.
Pour condensed milk and gelatin.
Fold the flavored jellies with the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the filling on the biscuit base.
Place extra jellies on top.
Let the cake set in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours to overnight.
