No-Oven Brownies | Easy Brownies Recipe

Are you craving a brownie but don’t have an oven? Worry no more! Here is an easy no-oven brownie recipe perfect for you! Just mix all the ingredients in a bowl and steam on a low heat using a deep pan. Top it off with chocolate chips, chopped almonds, or anything you prefer! You and your kids will surely enjoy this yummy and chewy no-oven brownie!

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup unsalted melted butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• some chocolate chips (for toppings)

Instructions:

In a bowl, add 1/2 cup unsalted melted butter and 1 cup sugar.
Mix until well combined.
Add two large eggs.
Whisk into the mixture until well combined.
Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix well.
Sift through 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt into the bowl of mixture.
Mix until well combined.
Pour into a parchment-lined baking tray.
Spread and distribute evenly.
Smoothen surface.
Top it off with some chocolate chips.
Set aside.

Set a deep pan over low heat and cover the lid.
Preheat for 5 minutes.
After preheating, uncover the pan and put a heat-proof wire stand in the pan.
Put the brownie batter on the wire stand.
Cover the lid and let it steam for 30-35 minutes in very low heat.
After 35 minutes, uncover the pan.
Remove the brownie from the baking tray.
Cut into bite-sized squares.
Serve and enjoy!
