Oven-Baked BBQ Beef Ribs Recipe

You can enjoy barbecue beef ribs made in the oven at any season. No grill, no problem. This recipe may take some 5-6 hours of your time, but it is all worth it. Paired up with vegetable salad and red wine, your weekend is booked!

Ingredients:

• 3 lbs beef ribs (meaty and grass-fed, washed and dried)
• 2-4 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons oregano
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• your favorite barbecue sauce
• liquid smoke (optional)
• parsley (chopped for garnishing)

Instructions:

Place the beef ribs in a dish.
Pour liquid smoke and olive oil.
Coat the ribs lightly.
Mix all the seasonings except barbecue sauce and sprinkle onto the ribs.
Rub all over the ribs.
Add a little amount of olive oil for the seasonings to be distributed on the beef ribs.
Cover and marinate for 1-2 hours in the fridge.

Preheat oven to 250 F.

Prepare a baking tray.
Place foil paper and put the marinated beef ribs.
Fold the foil on each side and cover it with another foil paper.
Bake for 3-4 hours.
Remove from the oven.
Brush the ribs with your choice of barbecue sauce.
Broil over low heat until the barbecue sauce is sticky.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Transfer to a plate and serve.
