Simple popcorn recipe with a twist! This recipe is so easy to make that you can do this in the morning, and in 5 minutes you are all set. Impress your friends in your next potluck by bringing this raw cauliflower popcorn, and you will be the talk of the town! Pop these in your mouth while they are fresh, or you can place them in a dehydrator so that they become crisp.

This recipe takes about 5 minutes to make. Serves 1.

Ingredients:

• One head of cauliflower
• Nutritional yeast
• Cayenne
• Salt

Instructions:

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head.
Chop the cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
Place the chopped cauliflower in a Ziplock bag.
Add the nutritional yeast, cayenne, and salt inside the bag.
Mix the cauliflower until every piece is coated with seasoning.
You can add more nutritional yeast when needed.

• For more popcorn, chop up more cauliflower heads. You can place them on a dehydrator sheet. Once dried up, these popcorns will shrink but the flavor will intensify.

• Aside from the seasonings used in the recipe, you can also pile up on herbs like basil, thyme, and oregano. Experiment with other spices until you get the perfect blend to satisfy your cravings.

• For a sweeter version, you can add some coconut sugar, honey, or maple syrup.
