Raw Vegan Breakfast Recipe

This raw vegan breakfast recipe uses a combination of fruits, sprouted seeds, nuts and nut milk. It is a healthy and delicious breakfast bowl – perfect to start your day. If you are the type who skips breakfast because you are too busy, you can prepare this ahead of time, then simply pour the nut milk into your breakfast bowl when you are ready to eat.

Ingredients:

• 6 large organic strawberries
• 15 raspberries
• 1 banana
• ¼ cup of soaked raw pumpkin seeds
• ¼ cup of soaked almonds
• ¼ cup of soaked walnuts
• 4 tbsp sprouted quinoa
• 2 tbsp sprouted sunflower seeds
• cinnamon

Almond Milk:

• ¼ lb soaked almonds
• 4 cups of water
• ¼ tsp vanilla

Instructions:

This recipe takes about 20 minutes to make. Serves 2.

Start by slicing strawberries, raspberries, and banana.
Chop almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds.
Put strawberries, raspberries, banana, pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, quinoa, and sunflower seeds in 2 bowls.
To make the almond milk, put the soaked almonds, water, and vanilla in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Put a nut bag in a pitcher, then put a strainer on top.
Pour the almond milk into the strainer.
Squeeze the bag to remove more milk from the almond pulp.
Pour almond milk over breakfast bowls and serve.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
