This ultimate juicy burger recipe is a perfect dish for any time of the day! This is full of seasoned beef patty and cheddar cheese. Spread your favorite burger sauces on the toasted buns and add even more flavor to this juicy burger with the delicious lettuce, slices of tomato, red onion, and dill pickle. Ingredients:

For the patties:

• 1 lb ground chuck beef
• salt and black pepper to taste

For the burger fillings:

• 4 burger buns
• 4 medium cheddar cheese thick slices
• 1 large tomato (sliced to 8 rings)
• 1/2 bunch green leaf lettuce
• 1/2 medium red onion (sliced into rings)
• 1/2 cup dill pickle (sliced to rings)
• melted butter (for the buns)

For the burger sauces:

• 1/3 cup mayonnaise + 1 tsp barbecue sauce
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise + 1 tsp yellow mustard
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise + 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise + 1 tbsp ketchup

Instructions:

This recipe takes about 30 minutes. Makes for four servings.

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Divide the ground chuck beef and form into 1/2-inch thick patties.
Make the patties 1-inch wider than the buns.
Season both sides of the patty with salt and black pepper.

Spread melted butter on the cut sides of the buns.

Place the patties on the preheated grill.
Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Flip the patties when they have a good sear.
Place a thick slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty on the last 1-2 minutes of grilling.
Toast the buns.
Cover the lid of the grill.
Cook until the internal temperature of the patties reach 160 C.
Once done, transfer to a plate and prepare for the assembly of the burgers.

Prepare the burger sauces.
Mix 1/3 cup mayonnaise and 1 tsp barbecue sauce for the barbecue aioli.
Mix 1/3 cup mayonnaise and 1 tsp yellow mustard for mustard aioli.
Mix 1/3 cup mayonnaise and 1 tsp dijon mustard for dijon aioli.
Mix 1/3 cup mayonnaise and 1 tbsp ketchup for fry sauce.

Lay two toasted buns – one top bun and one bottom bun.
Spread a generous amount of any burger sauce you prefer on the buns.
Place 4 dill pickle slices on the bottom bun.
Place lettuce leaf, followed by two tomato slices, and sliced red onions.
Place the patty with melted cheese on top.
Cover with the top bun.
Do this with the remaining patties, buns, and fillings.
