Vegan Banana Chocolate Ice Cream Cake Recipe – Low-Calorie, Dairy-Free

Ingredients:

• 2.5 large half frozen bananas (ripe only)
• 2 teaspoons natural unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
• 1 tbsp almonds

Optional:
• Coconut flakes
• Dried banana chips for decoration

Instructions:

Prepare a plate.
Line with plastic sheet and put pastry rings on it.
Inside the rings, put plastic cake wrap.
Set aside.

Prepare blender.
Put the frozen ripe bananas and almonds in it.
Blend by using the ice mode.
Blend the mixture until the texture is soft and smooth.
Pour the mixture in the pastry rings and fill it up at only 1/4 full.
Place inside the fridge.

Prepare a blender for the second coating mixture.
Add another set of frozen bananas.
Pour cocoa powder and pure maple syrup.
Blend until texture is soft and smooth.
Pour it on the pastry rings and fill it up.
Smoothen the top by using an off-set spatula.
Place inside the freezer for 1.5 hours.
Top it off with coconut flakes or dried banana chips.
