From breakfast to dinner, this recipe has got you covered! Start the day with a refreshing drink. During the day, enjoy the light meals and reward yourself with something sweet at the end of the day. Gluten-free and healthy, your body will surely thank you for fueling it with these treats!

These recipes take about 5 to 25 minutes to make. Serves 1 to 2.

Ingredients:

Morning Lemon Water:

• Juice of half a lemon
• Boiled water
• Cayenne pepper

Refreshing Green Juice:

• Broccoli
• 1 lemon
• 2 cucumbers
• 2 celery sticks
• Ginger
• Kale
• Mint
• 2 pears
• Lettuce

Creamy Zucchini Soup:





• 4 medium-sized zucchinis
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper

Rainbow Salad With Basil Dressing:

• Spinach
• Watercrest
• 1 tomato
• One quarter of a red onion
• 1 cucumber
• Radishes
• Black olives
• Hemp seeds

Zucchini Hummus:

• 1 to 2 cucumbers
• Hummus made from zucchinis
• Mexican Pilaf and Kale Salad
• Buckwheat, cooked
• Spring onions, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• Sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in water
• Fresh parsley, chopped
• Garlic, diced
• 1 lemon
• Salt
• Pepper
• Olive oil
• Dried oregano
• Chilli powder
• Cumin

Instructions:

Morning Lemon Water:

Boil some water and pour into a cup or glass.
Let it cool for around 20 to 25 minutes.
Add lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Refreshing Green Juice:

Remove the kale leaves from the stems.
Take off the seeds from the pears.
Roughly chop the ingredients so that they will fit into your juicer.
Add all the ingredients in a juicer.
This recipe produces around 4.5 cups of green juice. Good for a few days depending on how many glasses you drink.

Creamy Zucchini Soup:

In a steamer basket, add the chopped zucchini and onion.
Steam the vegetables for 10 to 12 minutes.
Add the steamed vegetables, garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a blender. Whirl until smooth.

Rainbow Salad With Basil Dressing:

Finely chop all the ingredients.
Place in a bowl.
Serve with basil dressing or any preferred salad dressing.
Sprinkle with hemp seeds.

Zucchini Hummus:

Thinly slice cucumbers and serve with zucchini hummus.
Mexican Pilaf and Kale Salad
In a large bowl, add scoops of buckwheat, spring onions, tomatoes, and parsley.
To make the sauce, in a blender, put half a cup of tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, a teaspoon of olive oil, dried oregano, chili powder, salt, pepper, and cumin.
Add the sauce to the bowl of greens and buckwheat.

Ideas And Tips:

• Cayenne pepper is great to add on for those with digestive issues like hyperacidity and bowel movements. It also regulates your blood sugar and improves your overall blood circulation.

• Lemon water is a wonderful way to start your day before you take any meals. It “wakes up” your digestive system by stimulating the stomach to produce digestive juices.

• Instead of buckwheat, you can substitute with brown rice or quinoa.
