1. Morning Lemon Water

Ingredients:

• Juice of half a lemon
• Boiled water
• Cayenne pepper

Instructions:

Boil some water and pour into a cup or glass.
Let it cool for around 20 to 25 minutes.
Add lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

2. Refreshing Green Juice

Ingredients:

• Broccoli
• 1 lemon
• 2 cucumbers
• 2 celery sticks
• Ginger
• Kale
• Mint
• 2 pears
• Lettuce

Instructions:

Remove the kale leaves from the stems.
Take off the seeds from the pears.
Roughly chop the ingredients so that they will fit into your juicer.
Add all the ingredients in a juicer.
This recipe produces around 4.5 cups of green juice. Good for a few days depending on how many glasses you drink.

3. Creamy Zucchini Soup

Ingredients:

• 4 medium-sized zucchinis
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper

Instructions:

In a steamer basket, add the chopped zucchini and onion.
Steam the vegetables for 10 to 12 minutes.
Add the steamed vegetables, garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a blender. Whirl until smooth.

4. Rainbow Salad With Basil Dressing

Ingredients:

• Spinach
• Watercrest
• 1 tomato
• One quarter of a red onion
• 1 cucumber
• Radishes
• Black olives
• Hemp seeds

Instructions:

Finely chop all the ingredients.
Place in a bowl.
Serve with basil dressing or any preferred salad dressing.
Sprinkle with hemp seeds.

5. Zucchini Hummus

Ingredients:

• 1 to 2 cucumbers
• Hummus made from zucchinis
• Mexican Pilaf and Kale Salad
• Buckwheat, cooked
• Spring onions, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• Sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in water
• Fresh parsley, chopped
• Garlic, diced
• 1 lemon
• Salt
• Pepper
• Olive oil
• Dried oregano
• Chilli powder
• Cumin

Instructions:

Thinly slice cucumbers and serve with zucchini hummus.
Mexican Pilaf and Kale Salad
In a large bowl, add scoops of buckwheat, spring onions, tomatoes, and parsley.
To make the sauce, in a blender, put half a cup of tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, a teaspoon of olive oil, dried oregano, chili powder, salt, pepper, and cumin.
Add the sauce to the bowl of greens and buckwheat.
