Try these three healthy and delicious smoothie popsicle desserts after lunch or dinner. The popsicles are made with naturally sweet fruits like pineapple, mango, berries and peach.

1. Hawaiian Cream Smoothie Popsicle

Ingredients:

• 1 cup pineapple (diced)
• 1 cup ripe mango (diced)
• 1 ripe banana (sliced)
• 1 cup coconut beverage

Instructions:

Prepare a blender.
Add diced pineapple, diced mango and sliced ripe banana into the blender.
Pour coconut beverage.
Blend to combine until smooth and creamy.
Once done, transfer to the popsicle molder.
Cover the molder, then put the popsicle stick on.
Place in the freezer for 4-6 hours.
Once done, remove from the mold and serve immediately.

2. Berry Smoothie Popsicle

Ingredients:

• 2 cups mix berries (frozen or fresh)
• 1 cup vanilla yogurt
• 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions:

Add mixed berries.
Add vanilla yogurt and unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
Blend to combine until smooth and creamy.
Once done, transfer to the popsicle molder.
Cover the molder, then put the popsicle stick on.
