1. Garlic Bread Chips With Bolognese

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup garlic butter
• Bread slices
• 2 cups Gruyere (grated)
• 2 cups Emmental (grated)
• 3 tsp cornflour
• 1 cup white wine
• 1 cup cream
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 3 cups ragu
• 1/4 cup shredded parmesan

Instructions:

Bread chips:

Preheat oven at 180 C.

Flatten bread slices by using a rolling pin.
Brush both sides with garlic butter.
Cut the bread into triangles, corner to corner.
Place the bread cuts into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and flip on the other side.
Bake again for another 10 minutes, then set aside.

Cheese mixture:

In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups grated gruyere, 2 cups grated Emmental, and 3 tsp cornflour.
Mix until well blended.
Set a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Add 1 cup of white wine, then let it boil.

• 1 tsp pepper
• Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

Flatten the bread slices by using a rolling pin.
Cut into circles using a round cutter.
Place a piece of circular-cut mozzarella in the center of one round of bread.
Mix 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of flour.
Spread flour mixture around the edges of the bread and cover with the second piece of bread.
Press the edges to secure.
Do the same with the rest of the bread slices, then set aside.

In a separate mixing bowl, add 2 cups shredded parmesan, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, and 1 tsp pepper.
Mix until well combined.

Ingredients:

• 3 small bulbs garlic (to be cooked as roasted garlic)
• 1 tbsp oil + 2 tbsp oil
• 2 chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1 tbsp thyme leaves
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup grated parmesan
• 500 grams cooked penne pasta
• 1/2 cup pasta water
• Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Cut off the heads of the 3 small garlic bulbs and place them in a foil.
Dress with 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt.
Wrap and bake for 1 hour in 180 C temperature, then remove from the oven.
Peel off and mash the garlic.
Set aside.

Set a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Heat 2 tbsp oil.
Fry 2 chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes uncovered.
Season with salt and pepper.
Flip on the other side and cover the pan, then fry for 4-5 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups buttermilk, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp onion powder.

• 200 grams cooked macaroni
• Oil for frying
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 diced red pepper

• 3 tbsp taco seasoning
• 500 grams beef mince
• Salt and pepper
• 100 grams grated cheddar and mozzarella mix
• Finely chopped parsley (optional for garnishing)

Instructions:

Cut the edges of the bread.
Brush garlic butter on both sides of the bread.
Place them in a high-sided baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and place 6 square slices of mozzarella cheese.

• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 1/2 cups bechamel sauce
• 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce

• 2 cups parmesan (grated)
• 2 tsp parsley (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Slice potatoes into wedges.
