Baked Chicken Spring Rolls (Arrollado Primavera Al Horno)

Ingredients:

• Ground chicken
• Cabbage, chopped finely
• Seasoning (whatever you prefer like salt, garlic powder, soy sauce, black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin, etc)
• Roll wrap
• Cooking spray

Instructions:

This recipe takes about 20 minutes to make. Serves 2 to 3.

Preheat the oven to 400F.
In a non-stick pan, cook your ground chicken until it becomes lightly brown.
Season well with whatever you prefer.
Add your vegetables and cook until tender. Remove from the heat.
Assemble your spring rolls. Scoop some chicken and spread on the wrap.
Gently roll the wrap. Repeat until you have finished your ground chicken filling.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet and spray with cooking oil.
