Crepe Egg Roll | Crepe Egg Roti Recipe | Easy Snacks Recipe | Toasted

Prepare this delicious and easy to cook crepe egg roll for breakfast or snacks. Make it extra yummy by adding mozzarella cheese in the egg filling. Serve with fresh milk or a healthy smoothie and your meal is all good. This recipe takes less than 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

For The Crepe:

• 1 egg
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup milk
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/4 tsp baking powder

For The Egg Filling:

• 2 eggs
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
• 1/2 cup tomato (chopped)
• 1 tbsp coriander leaves
• 2 pieces green chili (chopped)
• 1/4 tsp chaat masala

• 1 tbsp ghee or butter (for frying)
• 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese (optional for garnishing)

Instructions:

For The Crepe:

In a mixing bowl, add 1 egg, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1 cup milk.
Mix well.
Add 3/4 cup flour and 1/4 tsp baking powder.
Mix until well combined and no lumps.
This will be the batter for the crepe.
Set aside.

For The Egg Filling:

Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix until well blended.

Set a skillet over low flame.
Melt butter or ghee.
Pour the batter.
Let it cook for a few minutes until it sets.
Add the egg filling and spread it evenly.
Once the egg filling is cooked, flip it on the other side.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Flip it again.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Cover the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Remove from the pan and transfer to a plate.
Roll it while it is still hot.
Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Cut in half.
Serve and enjoy!
