Ingredients:

• 4 medium potatoes ( boiled and sliced)
• 2-3 tbsp cornflour
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes.
Season with salt and white pepper powder.
Add cornflour.
Mix until well combined and becomes like a dough.
Prepare a butter paper.
Put the potato mixture on it.
Apply oil on the mixture and rolling pin.
Flatten the potato mixture.
Use a circular molder to shape the mixture.
Remove excess mixture.
Create a smiley face.

Set a frying pan over medium heat.
Put oil for deep frying and let it heat.
Put the potato smiley pieces and let it fry until it turns golden brown.
Transfer to a plate.
Serve with dips.
