Eggless Bread Toast Recipe For Breakfast

Onions, green chili, and coriander leaves combined with flour and a kick of red chili powder gives a different taste for your morning meal. You can pair it up with your favorite bacon and a healthy breakfast smoothie to start your day.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup gram flour
• 1 medium onion (sliced)
• 1 green chili (chopped)
• Coriander leaves (chopped)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
• 100 ml water
• Bread
• Oil for frying

Instructions:

Put gram flour, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves in a large mixing bowl.
Season with salt and red chili powder.
Mix until well combined.
Gradually add water and continue to mix until well combined.
Soak a slice of bread into the mixture.
Make sure that the bread is fully coated with the mixture.
Set aside.

Set a frying pan over medium heat.
Add oil and let it heat.
Put the coated bread and let it fry for a few minutes until each side turns golden.
Transfer to a plate.
Serve and enjoy!
