Garlic Herb Roasted Salmon With Chef Jim

Salmon is widely known to be a tasty fish whatever recipe it is – grilled, baked, or roasted. Aside from its irresistible taste, salmon is also known to be packed with omega-3 which is good for the heart. Here’s another yummy salmon recipe you’d want to try!

Ingredients:

• Salmon (cut into portions)
• 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
• 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
• 1 tbsp ginger (chopped)
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions:

For marinating salmon:

In a bowl, mix seasonings chopped garlic, ginger, paprika, parsley, salt, and ground black pepper.
Pour olive oil.
Stir to combine.
Add the salmon pieces into the bowl.
Mix well.

Preheat oven at 325 degrees.
Take a sheet pan.
Pour some olive oil.
Place the marinated salmon pieces onto the pan.
Drizzle a little amount of white wine on top.
Place inside the oven and roast for 10-15 minutes or until the fish meat is tender.
Transfer to a plate and serve.

Tips and ideas:

You can add herbs and lemon wedges when served for a more appetizing look.
