Garlic Mushrooms Recipe

Garlic mushrooms dish is very quick and easy to make. It will only take about 25 minutes and you’ll have a very delicious recipe that can be served as a side dish or pair up with toasted bread for brunch. Either way, you’ll enjoy this recipe!

Ingredients:

• 15 button mushrooms
• 2 large garlic cloves (chopped)
• Half small onion (diced)
• Half fresh lemon
• Dash of heavy cream
• Dash of white wine
• Flat leaf parsley (roughly chopped)
• 1/4 cup vegetable stock
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Olive oil
• Butter for finishing (optional)

Instructions:

Set pan over medium heat.
Pour olive oil and saute diced onion.
Add button mushrooms.
Sprinkle salt to taste.
Let it cook for 10 minutes.
Pour a dash of white wine.
Stir and let it cook out for 2 minutes or until wine has evaporated.
Add garlic, stir and let it cook for a minute or 2.
Squeeze the lemon juice.
Sprinkle the parsley and mix.
Pour the vegetable stock and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
Add cream and bring to a boil for 5 minutes or until the cream thickens.
Add butter for finishing (optional).
Let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
Remove and transfer to a bowl.
Serve and enjoy!
