Honey Curry Chicken Thighs Recipe – Easy Weekday Dinner Idea

Ingredients:

• 5 boneless chicken thighs
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp curry powder
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 1/4 cup raw honey
• 1/4 cup butter (melted)
• 1/4 cup dijon mustard
• 2/3 cup onions (diced)
• Black pepper to taste (optional)
• Parsley (chopped for garnishing)

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chicken thighs and parsley.
Mix well.
Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture.
Place on a dish and marinate for 4-8 hours.
Cover and put inside the fridge.

Set buttered grill pan over medium-high heat.
Place the chicken thighs on the pan.
Let it grill for 6-8 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
