How To Make Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1/2 onion (chopped)
• 1 lb Cremini or button mushrooms
• 4 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 tsp fresh thyme (chopped)
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
• 2 tbsp dry white wine (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

This recipe takes 15 minutes. Serves 4.

Set a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Melt 4 tbsp of unsalted butter and add 1 tbsp olive oil.
Saute chopped onion.
Add Cremini or button mushrooms.
Cook for 5 minutes or until they are golden.
Add 2 tbsp dry white wine (but this is optional).
Add chopped fresh thyme, parsley, and garlic.
Let it cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Stir for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from the heat and transfer to a plate.
Serve and enjoy!
