No-Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bars

This no-bake peanut butter oat bars recipe is quick and easy to follow. It is sugar-free and dairy-free. No bake required and full of healthy ingredients. You can enjoy these oat bars at any time of the day. This recipe takes about 40 minutes to prepare and makes 16 oat bars.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup natural peanut butter
• 3 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
• 1/3 cup dried cranberries or dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

In a microwave-proof mixing bowl, add 1 cup of natural peanut butter, 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp of coconut oil.
Place inside the microwave and heat for a minute.
Stir the mixture.
Add 3 1/2 cups of old fashioned oats.
Stir until well combined. Oats should be well coated.
Add 1/3 cup dried cranberries or dark chocolate chips.
Mix well.
Transfer mixture on a foil-lined 9-inch baking dish.
Spread to distribute evenly.
Press down the mixture to compress.
Place inside the fridge for 30 minutes.
Get it out of the fridge and remove the foil.
Slice into small squares.
