Raw Vegan Avocado Chocolate Tart

Making this raw vegan avocado chocolate tart is quick and easy! This recipe does not require baking. You just need a food processor to blend the ingredients well. The filling is a mixture of avocado, cacao powder, coconut oil, and sweetener. A small amount of cinnamon and vanilla includes the list of ingredients to add more flavor to the avocado chocolate tart. You can add fresh berries or banana slices as garnishing for this flavorful dessert.

Ingredients:

Crust:

• 30 grams sweetener
• 50 grams nuts (any nut of your choice)
• 50 grams coconut flake
• 2 tsp flax seed or chia seed (optional for more taste)

Filling:

• 20 grams coconut oil
• 40 grams cacao powder
• 60 grams sweetener
• 200 grams avocado
• pinch of cinnamon
• pinch of vanilla

Instructions:

Crust:

Prepare a food processor.
Add 50 grams of nuts of your choice, 50 grams of coconut flake, and 30 grams of sweetener like maple syrup.
You can opt to add 2 tsp of flaxseed or chia seed for added flavor.
Process until blended well.
Transfer to a tart tin.
Spread to distribute to form the crust.
Press down the mixture to have a firmer crust.
Set aside.

Filling:

Prepare the food processor.
Add all the ingredients for the filling.
Process until blended well.
Pour the mixture onto the crust.
Spread to distribute.
Smoothen the surface.
Place inside the fridge and let set for a couple of hours.
Once set, slice into servings.

Raw Pasta With Avocado Basil Pesto

Zucchini are full of nutrients and vitamins, which contribute to healthy digestion, healthy heart, and healthy vision. This vegetable is a great addition to your diet as it may help in losing weight. One good recipe for zucchini is by turning them into “zoodles” (zucchini noodles) and creating a raw pasta with avocado basil pesto. It will not take more than 30 minutes to prepare this deliciously healthy raw pasta for everybody.

Ingredients:

For the Zucchini Noodles:

• 5-6 medium zucchini

For the Avocado Basil Pesto:

• 2-3 small zucchini (unpeeled and chopped)
• 1 cup arugula
• 2 cups fresh holy basil
• 1/4 cup pine nuts
• 1 large avocado
• 1 garlic clove
• juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
• few spinach sprigs (optional)

Instructions:

For the Noodles:

Cut off the ends of each zucchini.
Place the zucchini in a spiralizer.
Spiralize each zucchini to make noodles.
Place into a large bowl, set aside.

For the Avocado Basil Pesto:

Prepare a food processor.
Add 2-3 small zucchini, one cup arugula, two cups holy basil, one large avocado, 1/4 cup pine nuts, and one garlic clove.
You can opt to add juice of 1/2 lemon and a few spinach sprigs.
Process until mixture looks like a pesto.
Pour the mixture onto the zucchini noodles.
Mix well.
Serve and enjoy!

Chipotle-Avocado Summer Sandwich Recipe

Eating avocados is a very nutritious food. It is packed with fiber and potassium which are good for the body. It has omega-3 fatty acids which are good for the heart. Incorporating it with chipotle will surely twist this dish for a healthy lunch meal.

Ingredients:

• 1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans (drained)
• 8 slices whole-grain bread (toasted)
• 1 avocado (sliced)
• 4 radishes (sliced)
• 4 leaves escarole
• 1 chipotle in adobo (finely chopped added with 1 tsp sauce)
• 1 cup sprouted beans
• Kosher salt
• Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

This recipe takes about 15 minutes. Serves 4.

In a large bowl, mash the red kidney beans.
Add chipotle and sauce.
Mash and mix until well combined and texture thickens.
Season with salt.
Set aside.

Assemble the sandwich.
Grab whole grain bread slices.
Spread mixture on top of the whole grain bread bottom.
Put escarole leaves, sprout beans, and radish slices.
Sprinkle some salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Add avocado slices before putting the top bread.
Serve as one piece or cut in half.
