How To Make Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies! 3 Ingredients & No Baking!

Turn your favorite peanut butter cookies into a healthier version! This healthy version of our favorite cookie has powdered peanut butter, coconut sugar, and oat flour as its main ingredients. This recipe requires no baking. It will take about 30 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup coconut sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
• 1 cup oat flour

Instructions:

Prepare a medium or large bowl.
Add coconut sugar, powdered peanut butter, and oat flour.
Whisk to combine well.
Gradually add water into the mixture and continually whisk it until it looks like a dough.
Place inside the fridge for 15 minutes.
Get a spoonful of the mixture and form into small balls.
Place the balls on parchment paper.
Press down each ball using a fork.
Create fork marks on top of each cookie.
Place inside the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!

Tips and ideas:

If you are using regular peanut butter, skip the water. Mix the ingredients using a food processer rather than mixing it by hand.

If the mixture is too sticky and you are having problems forming the cookies, you can dip your fork in olive oil before using it.

You can eat the peanut butter cookies right away or put them in the fridge for 15 minutes to set before eating.

Easy To Make Homemade Protein Bars (No Bake)

Customize your protein bar with this homemade and no-bake recipe. This energy-boosting homemade protein bar consists of mixed nuts, oats, chocolate wheat protein powder, and other healthy ingredients. It takes about 40-45 minutes to prepare and cook this recipe.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups oats
• 1 cup of chocolate wheat protein powder
• Handful of mixed nuts
• A pinch of cinnamon
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp organic peanut butter
• 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
• 1 cup semi-skimmed milk
• 2 tbsp honey

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of oats.
Add 1 cup of chocolate wheat protein powder, a handful of mixed nuts, a pinch of cinnamon, and 1 tbsp of cocoa powder.
Mix well to combine.
Set aside.

In another mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp of organic peanut butter.
Add 1 tbsp flaxseed oil, 1 cup of semi-skimmed milk, and 2 tbsp honey.
Mix well to combine.
Add the mixture on top of the oats mixture.
Mix well to combine.
Continue to mix until thick mixture forms.
Set aside.

Prepare a dish lined with foil.
Place the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
Press across the edges.
Put in the fridge and let it chill for 25 minutes or until firm.
Remove the foil.
Slice into equal bars.

Raw Vegan Treats: No Bake, No Fake!

Raw vegan treats are healthy yet delicious vegan versions of classic desserts. Raw chocolate truffles and raw strawberry pie are two of the yummy treats featured in this collection. Enjoy!

1. Raw Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:

Truffle:

• 1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil (cold-pressed)
• 2 cups walnuts
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup maple syrup
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Ganache:

• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup agave nectar
• 1 cup extra virgin coconut oil

Instructions:

Truffle:

In a food processor, add walnuts and shredded coconut.
Pulse until fine pieces form.
Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and coconut oil.
Season with salt.
Add vanilla extract.
Pulse until thick and well combined.
Once done, transfer to a bowl.
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Once done, form the dough into truffle-sized balls.
Place them on a baking tray lined with nonstick paper.
Put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes to set.

Ganache:

Add all ingredients to the food processor.
Pulse until smooth and well combined.
Transfer to a bowl.
Set aside.

Assembly:

Once the truffle dough balls are set, remove them from the freezer.
Using a skewer or fork, lift each truffle and dip into the ganache.
Tap lightly to remove excess ganache.
Put it back on the lined baking tray.
Repeat this with the rest of the truffles.
Top it off with anything you like such as sea salt, cayenne, or cacao nibs.
Place in the freezer to set.
Serve and enjoy!

2. Raw Strawberry Pie

Ingredients:

Crust:

• 1 cup local walnuts
• 2-3 tbsp coconut oil
• 1-2 tbsp agave nectar
• pinch of salt

Filling:

• 1 cup local walnuts
• 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
• some freshly ground cinnamon

Topping:

• strawberries (hulled and sliced)

Instructions:

Crust:

In a food processor, add a cup of walnuts.
Pulse until fine pieces form.
Add some coconut oil and agave nectar.
Season with salt.
Pulse until well combined.
Once thick and well combined, transfer to a pie tin.
Press the mixture down the bottom and along the sides to form the crust.
Place inside the fridge to set.

Filling:

Soak a cup of local walnuts in water.
Drain the water, then transfer walnuts to a food processor.
Pulse until fine pieces form.
Add some freshly ground cinnamon.
Add 3-4 tbsp maple syrup.
Pulse until smooth and creamy.
Once done, pour over the crust.
Spread evenly using a spatula.
Add and stack sliced strawberries around the top.
Place inside the freezer for a few hours for the filling to completely set.
Once set, slice to equal portions.
Enjoy!
