Easy Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe (Only 3-Ingredients)

Chocolate ice cream is probably one of the most favorite desserts loved by everyone. Make your very own chocolate ice cream with just 3 ingredients. This very easy and quick recipe is a winner for your weekend afternoons with family and friends.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups (480 ml) cold heavy cream
• 1 can (14 oz/400 grams) sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup (60 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
• Mini chocolate chips (optional for toppings)

Instructions:

Put cold heavy cream in a bowl.
Whip to stiff peaks.
Add sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder.
Beat on low speed until well combined.
Put the mixture in a mold or container.
Smoothen the top using a spatula.
Cover with clear plastic.
Freeze for at least 6 hours.
Scoop and serve.

You can top the ice cream with mini chocolate chips and small-sized marshmallows.

How To Make Mozzarella Cheese At Home

Mozzarella cheese originally came from Italy that is made from buffalo’s milk through a method called pasta filata. This cheese is one of the favorites and it can be homemade. Are you ready to learn how to make this crowd favorite mozzarella cheese? Here we go!

Ingredients:

• 2 Liters non-pasteurized milk
• Vinegar
• Ice cubes
• Water
• Hot water

Instructions:

Set a pot over low flame.
Pour non-pasteurized milk.
Let it warm and stir continuously.
Check the temperature of the milk by putting your finger in it.
Be careful not to overheat the milk.
Switch off the heat.

Add 4 tbsp of vinegar in the mixture.
Continue to stir while adding the vinegar.
Gradually, curds will form in the milk.
Depending on the type of milk, add 1 tbsp of vinegar and continue to stir.
Slowly gather the curds and form into a ball of cheese.
Take the ball out.
Remove excess water from it.

Put the ball of cheese in hot water.
Keep on mixing the ball of cheese and hot water for 5-6 minutes.
Squeeze out extra water from the ball of cheese using your hands and repeat this for 2-3 times.
Soak the ball of cheese in water with ice cubes for 1-2 minutes.
Remove the cheese from the cold water and squeeze out the excess water.
Dip it again and repeat for 2-3 times.
Cheese is ready to be used.

Use the milk that is not pasteurized and not boiled milk.

You can wrap the cheese in clear plastic foil and freeze it. In this way, it is much easier to grate or slice the cheese.

Maakouda – Moroccan Potato Patties

Maakouda is one of the popular Moroccan street foods. Maakouda is a spicy deep fried potato fritter made from mashed potatoes with herbs and spices. These fritters are usually sold in paper cones with a heavy coating of a spicy tomato-based sauce, or as fillings to sandwiches. Maakouda is also found in Algerian and Tunisian cuisine.

This recipe will be enjoyed by kids as the patties are not spicy. These potato patties are crunchy on the outside but soft and creamy on the inside. These potato patties can be eaten hot, warm or at room temperature and can be served as an appetizer or a side dish. They can also be stuffed in a bread with lettuce and tomato slices for a filling meal, anytime.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• 3 eggs
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup of flour
• 2 cups of oil

Instructions:

This recipe takes about 20 minutes to make. Serves 12 patties.

Boil potatoes in enough water until tender. This will take about 5 minutes.
Drain and place potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
Add cilantro, parsley, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic, and 1 egg.
Mash everything together until mixture is smooth.
Form into 12 small patties.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Beat egg in a shallow bowl.
Place flour shallow bowl.
Dip each patty into egg then coat with flour.
Fry patties until golden brown.
Place fried patties on a plate lined with paper towel to drain excess oil.
Serve.

Ideas And Tips:

• You may use panko breadcrumbs instead of flour.

• If you want to make the patties spicy, you can add chili flakes, finely chopped chilies or chili powder.

• You can add cream cheese or any shredded cheese to make the fritters creamier.

• You can bake the patties if you don’t want them deep fried. Add all the eggs and half of flour to the mixture. Place patties on a greased baking sheet. Lightly spray or brush the top of the patties with oil. Bake for 15 minutes at 300°F.
