Healthy Banana And Peanut Butter Ice Cream With No Sugar, No Cream, No Milk!

Want to go healthy on your favorite ice cream? This healthy banana and peanut butter ice cream only needs two ingredients to prepare. It is sugar-free, cream-free, and milk-free! Use ripe bananas for a tastier ice cream. Its natural sweetness is a perfect combination with natural peanut butter. It only takes 10 minutes to prepare and at least 2 hours for it to set.

Ingredients:

• 4 large ripe bananas (cut into 2-inch disks)
• 2 tbsp natural peanut butter

Instructions:

Cut the ripe bananas into 2-inch disks.
Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
After 2 hours, place in a food processor.
Push until it becomes a puree.
Add 2 tbsp natural peanut butter.
Push to combine well.
If you want your ice cream soft, you can eat it right away once done processing.
If you want your ice cream firm, then place it inside the fridge for at least 2 hours or until set.
Top it off with ripe banana slices or any fruit you prefer.

It only takes 15 minutes to prepare this snack.

Ingredients:

• 1 ripe banana (cut into small pieces)
• 2 tbsps peanut butter
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1/4 cup rice crispies
• 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions:

In a medium mixing bowl, add ripe banana pieces and 2 tbsps of peanut butter.
Use a fork to mix until well combined.
Add 1 tbsp honey, 1 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup rice crispies, and 1/4 cup raisins.
Mix well.
Get a spoonful of the mixture and form it into a bite-sized ball.
Do this with the remaining mixture.
You can place it in the fridge for a few more minutes or eat it right away.

Banana Oatmeal Pancakes | Easy + Healthy Breakfast Meal Prep

Enjoy these healthy and easy banana oatmeal pancakes as a simple breakfast recipe. You can also prepare this banana oatmeal pancake as a snack or meal prep for work or school.

Ingredients:

• 2 ripe bananas
• 1 cup egg whites
• 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free)
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking powder
• a pinch of Kosher salt
• 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:

Peel and slice two ripe bananas.
Put into a blender.
Add egg whites, rolled oats and baking powder.
Season with ground cinnamon and kosher salt.
Blend until well combined into a thick batter.
Once done, set aside.

Set a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
Add some coconut oil.
Spread it using a tissue.
Pour batter into the skillet to form small or medium pancakes.
Let it cook for 3-4 minutes or until you see little bubbles forming.
Flip on the other side and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Once done, remove from the skillet and transfer to a plate.
Top it off with banana slices and butter.
Drizzle with some maple syrup or raw honey syrup.
Serve and enjoy!
