No-Bake White Chocolate Oreo Balls

Looking for a sweet treat? White chocolate Oreo balls is a very easy and simple recipe to prepare. You only need 3 ingredients and you will have a tasty treat! This recipe takes about 35 minutes and you don’t have to bake to achieve this yummy dessert!


• 30 cookies of Oreo cookies (vanilla flavored)
• 113 grams of cream cheese (room temperature)
• 2 cups of semi-sweet white chocolate


For the Oreo Balls:
Put the Oreo cookies in a ziplock bag.
Crush or pound the cookies until they are broken into bits of pieces.
You can also use a food processor for this step.
Set aside a little amount for garnishing later on.
Add cream cheese and divide using a wooden spoon.
Whisk using a handheld electric mixer.
Continue to whisk until you get a wet, sandy smooth texture.
Scoop 1 teaspoon of the mixture and roll into a ball.
Place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Do the same for the remaining mixture.
Place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

For the Coating:
Put the white chocolate in a heat-resistant bowl.
Place it on top of a pot with boiling water.
Melt the chocolate.
Remove from the heat.
You can also use a double boiler or a microwave to melt the chocolate.

Get the Oreo balls out of the freezer.
Stick a toothpick in the center on each of the balls.
Coat the Oreo balls with the melted white chocolate.
Set the coated Oreo balls again on the tray lined with the parchment paper.
Sprinkle with Oreo crumbs.
Let the balls sit for a few minutes until the coat is hardened.
Serve and enjoy!

Chocolate mousse is a French dessert that consists usually of whipped egg whites, whipped cream flavored with chocolate, coffee, or caramel. There is an easy way to prepare this sweet and savory dessert with only 2 ingredients!


• 400 ml whipping cream
• 200 grams semi-sweet dark chocolate


Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces.
Add in a heat resistant bowl.
Set a pot with simmering water.
Put the bowl with chocolate over the pot and make sure it is not touching the simmering water.
Add 100 ml whipping cream (do not use cold cream).
Mix them with the chocolate is melting.
Remove once the chocolate is melted.
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, add 300 ml chilled whipping cream.
Whip until soft peaks form.
Gradually add portions of the melted chocolate mixture and keep on whisking until firm peaks.

Transfer to serving bowls and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, then serve immediately.
