[No Machine] Chocolate Ice Cream (3 Ingredients!)

Enjoy this easy chocolate ice cream recipe with only 3 ingredients. No ice cream make machine is required for preparing this sweet and delicious classic dessert!

Ingredients:

• 400 grams whipping cream
• 140 grams condensed milk
• 60 grams cocoa powder

Instructions:

Prepare a large mixing bowl.
Pour whipping cream into the bowl.
Whisk until smooth and stiff peaks form.
Add condensed milk and cocoa powder.
Whisk until well combined.
Transfer mixture into a loaf bread pan or any container you prefer.
Cover with clingfilm wrapper.
Put inside the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Once firm enough, remove from the freezer.
Remove the wrapper.
Scoop for serving.

This chocolate mug cake is a homemade sweet dessert ready in a minute! You will surely love its soft cake texture. The addition of Nutella makes it a lot yummier from the inside. Make a few more mug cakes to serve to your friends over dinner.

Ingredients (Good for one serving):

• 2 tbsp plain flour
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp oil
• 3 tbsp milk
• 1 tbsp Nutella
• some powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

Prepare a microwave-proof mug or ramekin.
Add plain flour, sugar and cocoa powder.
Mix well to combine.
Add baking powder, then mix to combine.
Add oil and milk.
Mix well to combine.
Add Nutella.
Microwave for a minute.
Let it cool.
Dust with some powdered sugar.

How To Make The Best Hot Chocolate Of All Time (4 ways)

Are you a hot chocolate lover? Here are four ways of making the best hot chocolate drink. The base ingredients are whole milk and cocoa powder or dark chocolate. These recipes are easy to make and the hot chocolate is ready in 10 minutes. 🙂

Ingredients:

1. Easy Single Serving Hot Chocolate:

• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 tbsp cream
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2. Italian Hot Chocolate:

• 1 1/2 cups whole milk
• 4 oz dark chocolate (finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp cornstarch

3. Mexican Hot Chocolate:

• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 chili (seeded and dried)
• 8 oz dark chocolate (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 vanilla bean pod (scraped)
• a pinch of salt
• 1 1/2 cups whole milk

4. Instant Hot Chocolate:

• 2 1/2 tbsp choco mix
• 1 cup hot whole milk

Instructions:

1. Easy Single Serving Hot Chocolate:

Prepare a small saucepot.
Add whole milk and cream.
Add vanilla extract, brown sugar, and unsweetened cocoa powder.
Set the saucepot over medium heat.
Stir to dissolve cocoa powder and sugar.
Continue stirring until well combined.
Once done, transfer to a heat-resistant mug.
Enjoy!

2. Italian Hot Chocolate:

Prepare a small saucepot.
Add 4 oz of finely chopped dark chocolate into the pan.
Add a splash of whole milk.
Set it over medium heat.
Add 2 tbsp of granulated sugar and 1 tbsp of cocoa powder.
Stir to melt the dark chocolate.

Meanwhile, prepare cornstarch slurry.
Mix 1 tbsp of cornstarch and a splash of whole milk in a small bowl.
Set aside.

Once dark chocolate has melted, gradually add the rest of the whole milk while stirring the mixture.
Add the cornstarch slurry.
Continue to whisk until the mixture is thick.
Remove from the heat and transfer into a heat-resistant mug.

Place one cinnamon stick under a broiler.
Char a single side of the cinnamon.
Once done, set it aside.

Prepare a small saucepot.
Add 8 oz of finely chopped dark chocolate.
Add 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar, 1/2 scraped vanilla bean pod, and the vanilla bean pod.
Add the cinnamon stick and dried chili.
Season with a pinch of salt.
Pour 1 1/2 cups of whole milk.
Set it over medium heat.
Stir until dark chocolate has melted.
Let it heat for 10 minutes.
Once done, remove the cinnamon stick, dried chili, and vanilla bean pod.
Transfer the hot chocolate into a blender.
Blend on a high speed until smooth.
Pour through a fine-mesh strainer.
Transfer to a mug.

In a mug, add 2 1/2 tbsp of hot choco mix.
Pour 1 cup of hot whole milk.
