Here’s another recipe you can make from your favorite Oreo cookies! Mythical Kitchen’s Chef Josh’s most famous Oreo biscuits and gravy recipe is a perfect dessert / snack for all Oreo lovers. It’s a bigger version of the Oreo cookie with the addition of the creamy “gravy”.
Ingredients:
Oreo Biscuits:
• 10-15 Oreo cookies
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup black cocoa powder
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 2 tbsp baking powder
• 1 cup butter (cubed)
• 1 cup buttermilk
Cream Filling:
• 1 cup coconut oil
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup candy melts
Gravy:
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 cup half n half
• 1/4 cup candy melts
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions:
Oreo Biscuits:
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Prepare a food processor.
Add 10-15 Oreo cookies.
Push until cookies crumble into fine bits.
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add 2 1/4 cups of flour into the bowl.
Add 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of black cocoa powder.
Add 2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda and 2 tbsp baking powder.
Mix until well combined.
Add butter cubes into the bowl.
Toss the mixture lightly not to break the butter cubes.
Add buttermilk.
Toss lightly to mix until thick.
Transfer the mixture into a flour-dusted work surface.
Flatten the mixture and divide into four equal parts.
Stack the parts up.
Make round cuts using a biscuit cutter.
It should make 4 Oreo biscuits.
Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Put it inside the preheated oven.
Let it bake for 15 minutes.
Cream Filling:
Prepare a mixing bowl.
Add 1 cup coconut oil and 2 cups of powdered sugar.
Mix well to combine.
Set aside.
Meanwhile, add the candy melts into a double broiler.
Once melted, add into the coconut oil mixture.
Mix until well combined and smooth.
Transfer the cream filling mixture into the baking tray.
Flatten it and shape it into a square.
Place in the fridge until firm.
Gravy:
Set a small pot over medium heat.
Add 2 tbsp butter and melt it.
Once melted, add 2 tbsp flour.
Mix to combine.
Pour 1 cup of half n half and continue to whisk until thick.
Add 1/4 cup of candy melts, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and 1/8 tsp salt.
Whisk until well combined.
Once done, remove from the heat.
Assembly:
Make round cuts of the cream filling using a biscuit cutter.
It should make 4 round cuts of cream filling.
Place the Oreo biscuits, cream filling and gravy on a work surface.
Get one Oreo biscuit and slice it in half like a sandwich.
Place the cream filling in between 2 slices of Oreo biscuits.
Drizzle gravy over the Oreo biscuit.
Do the same with the rest of the Oreo biscuits and cream filling.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips and ideas:
You can use white chocolates as a replacement for the candy melts.

Here’s another delicious variety of the classic cheesecake. These mini chocolate cheesecakes are a smaller version but are an equally sweet and yummy treat. Top it off with some chocolate ganache and shredded chocolate for added sweetness.
Ingredients:
Crust:
• 200 grams Oreo cookies
• 3 tbsp melted butter
Cheese Filling:
• 110 grams semi-sweet chocolate (chopped into smaller pieces)
• 280 grams cream cheese (at room temperature)
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 beaten eggs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 285 F.
Crust:
Prepare a food processor.
Add 200 grams of Oreo cookies into the processor.
Push until fine crumbs form.
Transfer into a bowl.
Add 3 tbsp of melted butter.
Mix until well combined.
Set aside.
Line a 12-cup muffin tray with muffin paper cups.
Pour even amounts of the crust mixture into each muffin cup.
Place it inside the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cheese Filling:
Add 110 grams of semi-sweet chocolate pieces into a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave to melt.
Once melted, remove from the microwave.
Set aside and let it cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, add 280 grams of cream cheese.
Using a hand mixer, whisk it at the lowest speed.
Once smooth, add 1 cup of sour cream, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Add 1/4 tsp of salt.
Whisk until well combined.
Add melted chocolate.
Whisk again until well combined.
Add two beaten eggs.
Fold until well combined.
Assembly:
Scoop from the cheese filling and add in each muffin cup.
Even out the filling by gently shaking the muffin tray.
Place it inside the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
To check if the mini cheesecakes have cooked, note when the top has set and the center is wobbly when you move the tray.
Once done, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
Place it inside the fridge for at least 8 hours.
After 8 hours, remove the muffin cups from the tray.
Peel away the paper linings.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips and ideas:
You can drizzle some chocolate ganache and top it off with shredded chocolate if you prefer.

Make this sweet and yummy dessert no-bake Oreo cheesecake bars perfect for after-party dinners. This dessert will surely be a crowd favorite!

• 24 pieces Oreo cookies

Batter:
• 400 grams cream cheese (room temperature)
• 400 grams heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 8-10 pieces Oreo cookies (crumbled into smaller pieces)
Optional:
• 3-4 pieces Oreo cookies (crumbled into smaller pieces)
Instructions:
Crust:
Place 24 pieces of Oreo cookies in a ziplock bag.
Seal it.
Crush into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.
Transfer to a bowl.
Add 4 tbsp melted butter.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer to a parchment-lined 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Spread evenly and press it gently into the dish.
Place inside the fridge and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Batter:
In a mixing bowl, add 400 grams of cream cheese.
Using a handheld electric mixer, beat it until smooth.
Add 400 grams of heavy cream, 1 tsp of vanilla essence and 1/2 cup sugar.
Beat the mixture to combine.
Add crumbled Oreo cookies into the batter.
Mix well.
Pour over the crust.
Spread evenly.
Sprinkle with some crumbled Oreo cookies.
Place it inside the fridge and let it freeze for 4 hours or until set.
Once set, remove from the baking dish.
Slice into equal portions.
