1. Garlic Bread Chips With Bolognese
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup garlic butter
• Bread slices
• 2 cups Gruyere (grated)
• 2 cups Emmental (grated)
• 3 tsp cornflour
• 1 cup white wine
• 1 cup cream
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 3 cups ragu
• 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
Instructions:
Bread chips:
Preheat oven at 180 C.
Flatten bread slices by using a rolling pin.
Brush both sides with garlic butter.
Cut the bread into triangles, corner to corner.
Place the bread cuts into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and flip on the other side.
Bake again for another 10 minutes, then set aside.
Cheese mixture:
In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups grated gruyere, 2 cups grated Emmental, and 3 tsp cornflour.
Mix until well blended.
Set a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Add 1 cup of white wine, then let it boil.
Add cheese mixture.
Whisk until cheese is melted.
Add 1 cup cream and whisk until well blended.
Season with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper.
Mix well.
Remove from heat and set aside.
In a separate bowl, add 3 cups ragu and spread evenly.
Add the cheese mixture to the next layer.
Top it off with grated parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven of 180 C for 30 minutes.

2. Garlic Bread Mozzarella Ravioli
Ingredients:
• Bread slices
• 24 pieces mozzarella
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 cups shredded parmesan
• 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley
• 1 tsp pepper
• Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
Flatten the bread slices by using a rolling pin.
Cut into circles using a round cutter.
Place a piece of circular-cut mozzarella in the center of one round of bread.
Mix 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of flour.
Spread flour mixture around the edges of the bread and cover with the second piece of bread.
Press the edges to secure.
Do the same with the rest of the bread slices, then set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, add 2 cups shredded parmesan, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, and 1 tsp pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Set aside.
Set a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
Heat oil for deep frying.
Fry the bread pieces until golden brown.
Toss the drained bread pieces into the parmesan and garlic mixture.
Coat each bread.

3. Roasted Garlic Chicken Alfredo Penne
Ingredients:
• 3 small bulbs garlic (to be cooked as roasted garlic)
• 1 tbsp oil + 2 tbsp oil
• 2 chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1 tbsp thyme leaves
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup grated parmesan
• 500 grams cooked penne pasta
• 1/2 cup pasta water
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Cut off the heads of the 3 small garlic bulbs and place them in a foil.
Dress with 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt.
Wrap and bake for 1 hour in 180 C temperature, then remove from the oven.
Peel off and mash the garlic.
Set aside.
Set a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Heat 2 tbsp oil.
Fry 2 chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes uncovered.
Season with salt and pepper.
Flip on the other side and cover the pan, then fry for 4-5 minutes.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the pan and transfer to a plate.
Let it cool, then cut into thin slices.
Set aside.
In the same frying pan, add 1/2 cup white wine and let it simmer.
Add the baked and mashed garlic from earlier.
Add thyme leaves, then stir until well combined.
Add 2 cups of heavy cream while continuously stirring the mixture in the pan.
Season with 1 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp salt.
Stir well and let it simmer until texture is sticky.
Add sliced chicken breasts and mix well.
Add cooked penne pasta and 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Mix until well combined.

4. Sticky Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken Burger
Ingredients:
• 6 whole chicken breast
• Salt and pepper
• 2 cups buttermilk
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp oil
• 2 tsp butter
• 4 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1 cup honey
• 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 1 tsp lime juice
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Oil for deep frying
• Mayonaise
• Lettuce leaves
• Buns
Instructions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Bash until the meat is 1/2-inch thick.
Marinade:
In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups buttermilk, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp onion powder.
Mix until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts and coat them.
Cover and let it sit for 30 minutes (preferably 24 hours).
Glaze:
Set a frying pan over medium heat.
Heat 2 tsp oil.
Melt 2 tsp butter.
Saute minced garlic cloves for a minute.
Add 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 cup honey, and 3 tbsp white wine vinegar.
Stir and mix until well blended.
Let it simmer.
Add 1 tsp lime juice and stir again.
Simmer for a minute or two until it thickens.
Remove from heat, then set aside.
Coating:
In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups flour, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp oregano, and 1 tsp garlic powder.

Deep fry the chicken until it turns into golden brown.
Drain and toss into the glaze.

Ingredients:
• 10 white bread slices
• Garlic butter
• 6 mozzarella slices
• 60 grams butter
• 30 grams flour
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 500 ml whole milk
• 150 grams grated cheddar cheese
• 100 grams grated mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 tbsp mustard
• 200 grams cooked macaroni
• Oil for frying
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 diced red pepper
• 1 chopped garlic clove
• 3 tbsp taco seasoning
• 500 grams beef mince
• Salt and pepper
• 100 grams grated cheddar and mozzarella mix
• Finely chopped parsley (optional for garnishing)
Instructions:
Cut the edges of the bread.
Brush garlic butter on both sides of the bread.
Place them in a high-sided baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and place 6 square slices of mozzarella cheese.
Bake it again for 10 minutes at 180 C.
Afterward, set it aside.
Set a skillet over medium heat.
Melt 60 grams of butter.
Add 30 grams of flour and 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika.
Stir for 2 minutes or until well combined.
Add 500 ml of whole milk gradually while continuously stirring the mixture.
Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Add 150 grams of grated cheddar cheese, 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tbsp mustard, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper.

Add 200 grams cooked macaroni.
Stir until macaroni is well coated.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Set another pan over medium heat and heat oil.
Saute 1 chopped onion and 1 diced red pepper for a few minutes or until it caramelizes.
Add 1 chopped garlic clove, 3 tbsp taco seasoning, 500 grams beef mince, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper.
Stir and cook until beef changes color.
Remove from heat.
Add beef mixture on top of the baked bread and mozzarella.
Spread it evenly.
Add macaroni and cheese mixture on the next layer, then spread evenly.
Top it off with 100 grams of grated cheddar and mozzarella mix.
Bake it for 15 minutes at 180 C.
Remove from the oven.
Garnish with finely chopped parsley.
Cut in portions.

6. Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
• 4 potatoes
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 1/2 cups bechamel sauce
• 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
• 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
• Pepperoni slices
• 2 cups parmesan (grated)
• 2 tsp parsley (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Slice potatoes into wedges.
Place them in a large bowl.
Drizzle with 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp salt, and 2 tsp pepper.
Coat the potato wedges well.
Lay them on a baking tray.
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven of 180 C.
Set aside.
In a separate container, add 1 1/2 cups of bechamel sauce and spread it evenly.
Add 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce on top and spread evenly.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place pepperoni slices on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 C.
Set aside.
In another bowl, add 2 cups grated parmesan cheese, 2 tsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Toss the baked potato wedges in the parmesan mixture and place them again on the baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 C.
