1. 5-Minute Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup macaroni
• 1/2 cup water
• Pinch of salt
• Splash of milk
• 1/4 cup grated cheese
• Pinch of pepper

Instructions:

In a microwavable mug, add 1/2 cup macaroni, 1/2 cup water, and a pinch of salt.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Add a splash of milk, 1/4 cup grated cheese, and a pinch of pepper.
Mix a little and microwave for 30 seconds.
Stir, serve, and enjoy!

2. 5-Minute Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients:




• 5 egg roll wrappers
• 10 sticks string cheese
• Water
• Oil (for deep frying)

Instructions:

Cut in half the egg roll wrappers, so you will have 10 egg roll wrappers in total.
Wrap each string cheese stick in each egg roll wrapper and seal with water.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Remove from heat.
Serve with marinara sauce or any sauce of your choice.
Enjoy!

3. 4-Minute BBQ Chicken Nachos

Instructions:

• 1 cup rotisserie chicken
• 3 tbsp barbecue sauce
• Tortilla chips
• 1/2 cup pico de gallo
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Ingredients:

Mix 1 cup rotisserie chicken and 3 tbsp barbecue sauce.
Place a handful of tortilla chips on a microwavable plate.
Add rotisserie chicken mixture on top of the chips.
Add toppings – 1/2 cup pico de gallo, 1 cup grated cheese, and 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!

4. 5-Minute Cheesecake

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp melted butter
• 2 Graham crackers
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 2 spoonfuls sugar
• Vanilla drops
• Berries for garnishing

Instructions:

Put 1 tbsp melted butter in a microwavable mug.
Add 2 crushed Graham crackers.
Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture evenly against the bottom of the mug.
Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add 4 oz cream cheese, 2 spoonfuls sugar, and a few vanilla drops.
Mix until well combined.
Pour into the graham cracker mixture.
Spread evenly.
Microwave for 4 minutes at 50% powder, 45 seconds at a time.
Remove from microwave, then chill in the freezer.
Remove from the mug and garnish with berries of your choice.
Serve and enjoy!

5. 4-Minute Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients:

• 2 tortillas
• Chicken strips
• 1/2 cup mixed bell pepper (diced)
• 1 tbsp taco seasoning
• Grated cheese

Instructions:

Microwave tortillas for a minute.
Set aside.

In a small microwavable bowl, add 1/2 cup cooked chicken strips, 1/2 diced bell pepper, and 1 tbsp taco seasoning.
Mix until well combined.
Microwave for a minute.
Place the chicken filling on one tortilla.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, then cover with the second tortilla.
Microwave for a minute.
Slice and serve.

6. 5-Minute Banana Chocolate French Toast

Ingredients:

• 1 bread slice
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp cocoa powder
• Banana slices
• Chocolate chips

Instructions:

Cut the bread slice into smaller pieces.

Mix 1 egg, 2 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp cocoa powder in a small bowl until well combined.

In a microwavable mug, add half of the bread pieces, half of banana slices, and half of chocolate chips.
Place the remaining half in the mug.
Pour the egg mixture.
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!

7. 3-Minute Mug Omelette

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 bell pepper (diced)
• 2 ham slices (chopped)
• 1/4 cup spinach (chopped)
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a microwavable mug, add 2 eggs, 1/2 diced bell pepper, 2 chopped ham slices, and 1/4 cup chopped spinach.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir until well combined.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
