Potato and Egg Kebabs

Potato and egg kebabs are a easy and delicious meal to prepare. These kebabs are good as snacks or appetizers. Grate boiled potato and eggs and combine with seasonings mix. The kebab is then coated with egg wash and breadcrumbs then deep-fried in hot oil. Serve with different kinds of dips and other favorite potato side dishes such as potato wedges or fries. It only takes 35 minutes to prepare and cook this delicious snack.


• 1 large potato (boiled and grated)
• 3 small eggs (boiled, peeled, and grated)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
• 1/2 tsp red chili powder
• 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 1/2 cup fried onion
• 3 medium green chilies (chopped)
• 2 tbsp coriander (chopped)
• 1 tsp garlic-ginger paste
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 1/2 breadcrumbs
• oil (for frying)


This recipe takes about 35 minutes. It makes for small patties.

In a mixing bowl, add grated potato and eggs.
Add seasoning – salt, black pepper, Garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and turmeric powder.
Add fried onion, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, and garlic ginger paste.
Mix well.
Get a spoonful of the mixture and form into a small patty.
Do this with the remaining mixture.
Dip into beaten egg.
Coat with breadcrumbs.
Place on a plate and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Set a frying pan over medium heat.
Add some oil and warm it up.
Fry the patties until both sides are golden brown.
Remove from the pan and transfer to a plate.
Serve with your favorite dip.
