Potato Wedges Recipe | How to Make Baked Potato Wedges

Baked potato wedges are the perfect side dish to accompany a delicious dinner meal. This dish is made up primarily of unpeeled large potatoes cut into wedges and coated with a savory dressing. Classic combos for potato wedges are bacon strips and shredded cheese. You can also serve with dips of your choice like mayonnaise, marinara, mustard, or chili sauce.

Ingredients:

• 3 medium potatoes (unpeeled and sliced into wedges)
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda

Dressing:

• salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp oregano powder
• 1 tsp rosemary
• 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 370 F.

Set a pot and fill it with water.
Add 1 tbsp salt and 1 tsp baking soda.
Let it heat.
Once heated, add potato wedges.
Let it boil for 6 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Remove from the heat and drain the water.
Set aside.

Dressing:

Prepare a mixing bowl.
Add the ingredients for the dressing.
Mix well.
Add the boiled potato wedges to the bowl.
Carefully mix to coat the potato wedges.
Transfer to a parchment-lined baking tray.
Place it inside the preheated oven.
Let it bake for 15 minutes.
Flip the wedges and bake again for 15 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven.
Transfer to a plate.
Serve with your favorite dip.
