1. Chocolate Caramel Dessert Cup

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp cornflour
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup chocolate

• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp cornflour
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 tbsp butter

• Almond slices (optional, for toppings)
• Chocolate rice (optional, for toppings)

Instructions:

This recipe makes four dessert cups.




In a saucepan, add 2 tbsp cornflour, 4 tbsp sugar, and 1/8 tsp salt.
Mix well.
Add one cup of milk and mix to combine.
Add 1/4 cup chocolate and mix.
Set it over medium flame.
Keep on stirring until the mixture thickens.
Remove from the heat.
Pour mixture into half of the dessert cup.
Keep in the fridge until set.

Mix one cup milk and 2 tbsp cornflour.
Set a saucepan over medium heat.
Add 1/4 cup sugar.
Stir and let it caramelize.
Add 2 tbsp butter.
Stir until well combined.
Add milk and cornflour mixture while stirring continuously.
Let it cook until it thickens.
Remove from the heat.
Pour mixture into the remaining half of the dessert cup.
Keep in the fridge until set.
Once set, top it off with almond slices and chocolate rice.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

2. Oreo Pudding Dessert Cup

Ingredients:

For the cookie crumbs:

• 7-8 pieces crushed oreo cookies
• 2 tbsp melted butter

For the oreo pudding:

• 2 tbsp cornflour
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup chopped white chocolate
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 4 pieces chopped oreo cookies

For the chocolate ganache:

• 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
• 1/2 cup hot whipped cream

Instructions:

This recipe makes four dessert cups.

For the cookie crumbs:

Crush 7-8 pieces of oreo cookies.
Put in a bowl.
Add 2 tbsp melted butter.
Mix until well combined.
Put in a dessert cup as the first layer and flatten it.
Keep in the fridge for 10 minutes.

For the oreo pudding:

Mix two tbsp cornflour and 1/2 cup water.
Set aside.

Set a saucepan over medium heat.
Add one cup of milk and 1 tbsp sugar.
Mix until well combined and sugar is dissolved.
Add 1/4 cup chopped white chocolate and the cornflour mixture set aside earlier.
Keep on stirring until the mixture thickens.
Remove from the heat.
Add four pieces of chopped Oreo cookies and mix well.
Add into each dessert cup as the second layer.

For the chocolate ganache:

In a mixing bowl, mix 1/2 cup chopped chocolate and 1/2 cup hot whipped cream.
Mix until chocolate melts and the mixture thickens.
Add into each dessert cup as the third layer.
Top each cup with an oreo cookie.

Keep in the fridge for an hour.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

3. Mango Graham Float Dessert Cup

Ingredients:

• 1 ripe mango (cut into small pieces)
• Graham crackers (crushed)
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 1/2 cup condensed milk
• 1/2 tsp mango essence

Instructions:

This recipe makes four dessert cups.

Cut mango into small pieces.
Set aside.

Crush graham crackers well and set aside.

Beat 1/2 cup of whipping cream until stiff peaks.
Add 1/2 cup condensed milk and 1/2 tsp mango essence.
Mix until well combined.

Put crushed graham crackers in each cup as the first layer.
Add cream mixture as the second layer.
Add mango pieces as the third layer.
Add another layer of crushed graham, cream mixture, and mango pieces.
Sprinkle with crushed graham.
Serve or keep in the fridge for a couple of minutes.
Enjoy!

4. Strawberry Cream Cheese Dessert Cup

Ingredients:

For the cookie crumbs:

• 7-8 pieces oreo cookies
• 2 tbsp melted butter

For the sugar-coated strawberry:

• 1/2 cup chopped strawberry
• 1 tbsp sugar

For the cream cheese frosting:

• 1/4 cup whipped cream
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp cream cheese

• 4 tsp strawberry puree
• 4 whole strawberries (as topping)

Instructions:

This recipe makes four dessert cups.

For the cookie crumbs:

Crush 7-8 pieces of oreo cookies well.
Put in a bowl.
Add 2 tbsp melted butter.
Mix until well combined.

For the sugar-coated strawberry:

Mix well 1/2 cup chopped strawberry and 1 tbsp sugar.

For the cream cheese frosting:

Put 1/4 cup whipped cream, 1 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
Beat mixture until stiff peaks.

Put cookie crumbs in each dessert cup as the first layer.
Flatten and keep in the fridge for ten minutes.
Add some sugar-coated strawberries as the second layer.
Add cream cheese frosting as the third layer.
Smoothen the frosting.
Add 1 tsp of strawberry puree on top of the frosting in each dessert cup.
Add some sugar-coated strawberries.
Add some cookie crumbs in each cup.
Top it off with a strawberry.
Serve and enjoy!
