Try these quick and easy-to-cook Asian noodle recipes any time of the day! These are three delicious ways of cooking noodles or spaghetti that are perfect for lunch or dinner. Most of the ingredients are easily found in your kitchen. Each recipe is ready in less than 30 minutes. Enjoy!
1. Garlic Noodles
Ingredients:
• 8 oz dry spaghetti
• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 7 cloves garlic (sliced)
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
Instructions:
Cook dry spaghetti in a pot of salted boiling water.
Once cooked, drain water.
Set aside spaghetti.
Set a large skillet over medium heat.
Add extra virgin olive oil and heat it.
Add sliced garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
Add red pepper flakes to taste.
Drizzle fish sauce.
Stir for about 10 seconds.
Add the cooked spaghetti.
Toss until well combined.
Once done, remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl.

2. Tuna And Green Bean Pasta
Ingredients:
• 8 oz dry spaghetti
• 5 oz canned tuna in oil
• 4 oz green beans (cut into 1-inch pieces)
• 1 garlic clove (grated)
• 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp garlic infused olive oil
• lime juice to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the tuna mixture.
In a mixing bowl, add canned tuna in oil.
Add grated garlic and mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle some lime juice.
Mix well to combine.
Set aside.
Meanwhile, cook dry spaghetti in a pot of salted boiling water.
Once the spaghetti is almost cooked, add the green beans.
Let it cook for a minute until green beans are tender.
Once done, drain water.
Add cooked spaghetti and green beans into the tuna mixture.
Drizzle with garlic-infused olive oil.
Mix well.

3. Kimchi Pasta
Ingredients:
• 8 oz dry spaghetti
• 4 oz ground pork (beef and chicken will do)
• 1 cup kimchi (chopped)
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 tsp miso
• 1/4 cup sake
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• freshly grated parmesan cheese to taste
Instructions:
Cook dry spaghetti in a pot of salted boiling water.
Once cooked, set aside about 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
Set aside spaghetti.
Set a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add unsalted butter and melt it.
Once melted, add ground pork.
Stir until cooked.
Add chopped kimchi.
Mix well to combine.
Add miso, sake, and black pepper.
Reduce to medium heat.
Mix well and let it simmer.
Add the cooked spaghetti.
Add 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
Toss the mixture until spaghetti is well coated.
Once done, remove from the heat.
Sprinkle some freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Transfer to a plate.
