This easy egg fried rice is a recipe for which rice is stir-fried and mixed with eggs. To make it tastier, add some soy sauce, salt, and green onions. It can be served as a main dish for lunch or dinner. It only takes five minutes to prepare and cook this recipe.
Ingredients:
• 4 cups cold Jasmin rice
• 4 eggs (beaten)
• Pinch of salt
• 3 tbsp cooking oil
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 4 green onions (chopped)
• Sesame seeds (optional for garnishing)
Instructions:
This recipe takes 5 minutes.
Beat 4 eggs and season with a pinch of salt.
Set a skillet over high heat.
Add 1 tbsp cooking oil and warm it up.
Add the egg mixture and scramble.
When the scrambled eggs are halfway cooked, add the remaining 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
Add 4 cups of cold Jasmin rice.
Stir until rice and scrambled eggs are well combined.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and a pinch of salt to taste.
Stir until everything mixes well.
Switch off the heat.
Add chopped green onions and stir.
Transfer to a plate.
Garnish with sesame seed.
Serve and enjoy!
