Prepare this slow cooker ribs dish to make your weekend extra special. A good mix of barbecue sauce and seasonings will give it a combination of sweet, spicy, and smoky taste.
Ingredients:
• 3 lbs baby back ribs
• 4 tbsp cider vinegar
• 2 cups barbecue sauce
• 3 tsp oregano
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a small mixing bowl, add barbecue sauce, cider vinegar, oregano, chili powder, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
Mix until well combined.
Rub salt and pepper on both sides of the baby back ribs.
Put in the slow cooker.
Cover with the sauce.
Cook low for 8 hours or cook high for 4 hours.
After cooking, spoon the sauce and cover the cooked ribs before removing it and transferring it to a plate.
Slice the ribs into strips.
Serve with sauce.
