1. Honey-Glazed Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

• 8 cups water
• 3 tbsp salt
• 3/4 cup vinegar
• 4 chicken legs
• 4 chicken thighs
• lemon pepper to taste
• garlic powder to taste
• onion powder to taste
• salt to taste

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp hot sauce
• Oil for frying
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tbsp water
• 3 cups flour

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, mix 8 cups of water, 3 tbsp salt, and 3/4 cup vinegar.
Add 4 chicken legs and 4 chicken thighs.
Cover with clingfilm and keep in the fridge for 2-8 hours.

In a small mixing bowl, add 2 eggs and whisk.
Add 1 cup of milk while continuing to whisk the mixture.
Add 2 tbsp hot sauce.
Whisk until well combined.
Set aside.

Once chicken legs and thighs are refrigerated for the recommended hours, drain the water.
Season with lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to taste.
Rub the mixture on the chicken.
Dip chicken into the egg mixture, then coat with flour.

Set a frying pan to medium-high heat.
Add oil and let it warm up.

• 1 cup mozzarella (shredded)
• 2 tbsp FETA
• 3 eggs
• 12 oz can evaporated milk

Instructions:

Cook 1 box of macaroni according to package instructions.

Add 1 butter stick.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Add all cheese – cheddar, provolone, smoked gouda, mozzarella, and FETA.
Add 3 eggs and 12 oz can of evaporated milk.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 350 F.
Remove from the oven.

Ingredients:

• 6 tbsp butter
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1/2 cup flour
• 3 cups chicken broth
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
• 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
• 2 tubes biscuit dough

Instructions:

Set a large pan over medium-high heat.
Melt 6 tbsp butter.
Add chopped onion and stir until onion softens.
Add 1/2 cup of flour and stir until well combined.
Add 3 cups chicken broth while continuing to stir.
Continue to stir while adding salt and pepper to taste and 1 cup heavy cream.
Let it simmer until the mixture thickens.
Add 2 1/2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables and 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken.
Mix until well combined.
Remove from the heat and transfer to a baking dish.
Arrange biscuit doughs on top of the mixture.
