Peanut butter fudge is a sweet and delicious dessert recipe for all the peanut butter lovers out there! It is a quick and easy to prepare recipe with just a few ingredients. Others may add maple syrup as an alternative for vanilla extract.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 100 grams regular butter
• 2 x 400 grams cans sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
Instructions:
Set a medium saucepan.
Add 2 x 400 grams cans of sweetened condensed milk, 100 grams regular butter, 1 cup of whipping cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter.
Turn heat to medium.
Stir to combine.
Continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat.
Prepare a 25 x 15 cm dish.
Lightly grease and line it with parchment.
Pour the mixture in the dish.
Spread it evenly in the dish and smoothen the surface.
Let it cool.
Place inside the fridge and chill for 2 hours or until set.
Cut into bite-size pieces using a sharp knife.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
