Baked Chicken Thighs Recipe – Tasty And Easy

Baked chicken thighs is a very simple recipe to make, but very juicy and delicious. With the aroma brought by the seasonings, your baked chicken thighs will be much more delightful and flavorful for your guests on a dinner get-together.

Ingredients:

• 4 whole chicken thighs
• 4 medium potatoes (peeled and cut into thin slices)
• 4 medium onions (cut into strips)
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Thyme or rosemary
• 1 cup water

Instructions:

This recipe takes about 50 minutes. Serves 5-6.

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Prepare a baking dish.
Place the potato slices on the dish.
Place the shredded onions on top of the potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken thighs on top of the onions.
Pour 1 cup of water and a small amount of olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with rosemary or thyme.
Place inside the oven and let it bake for 20 minutes.
Wait until the chicken thighs are cooked or golden brown.
Remove from the oven.
Flip the thighs on the other side.
Bake again for another 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
Serve and enjoy!

Tips and ideas:

Some would like to have cheese on top of it for a creamier and cheesier taste.

You can add more seasonings depending on your taste such as oregano and paprika.
